- Method 1: Disable password login within Windows:
- Open the Run dialog box (Windows key + R).
- Type netplwiz and press Enter.
- Uncheck "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer."
- If this option is missing:
- Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
- Turn off "For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts on this device."
- Re-open netplwiz.
- Click Apply and OK.
- Confirm your Microsoft account credentials.
- Method 2: Remove the Microsoft account password:
- Go to Settings > Accounts > Your info.
- Click "Sign in with a local account instead."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create a local account without a password.
