To resolve this issue, we recommend trying the following two methods:
Method 1: Set a PIN
1. Follow the on-screen instructions to set a PIN.
2. Setting a PIN helps protect your account and data from unauthorized access.
Method 2: Skip PIN Setup
1. Disconnect from your current Wi-Fi network and ensure your laptop is not connected to Wi-Fi.
2. When the Wi-Fi setup page appears during the initial setup process, follow these steps:
Press Shift + F10 to open the Command Prompt.
Enter the following command and press Enter:
oobe\BypassNRO.cmd
Once completed, you can proceed with the rest of the Windows 11 setup without setting a PIN.
