This error message typically appears when the product key you provided has reached its activation limit. Microsoft product keys have a certain activation limit, which means they can only be used to activate a limited number of devices. Once the key has been used to activate the maximum number of devices, it can no longer be used to activate any other devices.

To activate Windows using the new product key we provided, follow these steps:
- Open the Start menu and click on the Settings icon.
- Click on Update & Security.
- Click on Activation.
- Click on the Change product key button.
Enter the new product key that we provided you (Please to contact us to get a new key) and click on the Activate button.
Windows should be activated successfully after these steps.
