Here is the steps:

1. Unplug the WIFI router that has been connected to the Internet before.
2. Long press the power button to force shutdown.
3. In the computer initialization--OOBE interface, press Shift+F10 to call up the command.
4. Enter the following command and press Enter: oobe\BypassNRO.cmd
