Resolution: Before initiating a repair request, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Unplug all external devices (USB drives, external monitors, hubs) and check if the issue persists.
Reseat the memory modules (RAM) to ensure they are securely connected.
Monitor your CPU temperature to ensure the laptop is not overheating. Make sure the cooling vents are not blocked. If the issue persists, our after-sales team is available on work days. Please note that returns for defective units are accepted within 60 days with original packaging and an RMA.
