Resolution: Physical damage (such as drops) is typically evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To get a quote for repair or to check if it's covered:

1. Take clear, well-lit pictures of the screen while it is turned on, showing the damaged pixels or cracked area.

2. Email the photos along with your Order Number and Serial Number to service@nimopc.com.

3. Our technicians will evaluate the visible damage and reply with the cost of the screen, the repair lead time, and instructions for sending the device to our facility.
