Symptoms: You receive an error message stating "Can't activate Windows," or your system prompts you that your Windows product key is invalid or has expired.
Resolution: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this Windows activation error. This can occasionally happen due to Microsoft server sync delays during the initial setup.
If you are experiencing this, our support team can provide you with a new, secure Windows Activation Key.
Step 1: Request a New Key Contact our support team at service@nimopc.com with your Order Number and Serial Number, and state that you need a new Windows Product Key.
Step 2: How to Activate Your New Key Once our agent provides you with the 25-character key, follow these exact steps to activate it:
Open the Start menu and click on Settings (the gear icon).
Go to System, then scroll down and click on Activation.
Click on the option that says "Change product key".
Enter the new 25-character product key provided by our support team and click Next to finalize the activation.
