Symptoms/Context: Your operating system will not start, or you have received approval from our support team to return your faulty laptop for a replacement.
Resolution: To ensure your replacement is processed quickly, please follow these exact RMA return steps:
Take a photo: Take a clear photo of the device before packing it for your records.
Print the label: Print out the return label provided by our support team.
Pack securely: If you are reusing the original shipping box, please place the new return label directly over the old tracking label.
Battery warning: Ensure that the lithium battery warning sticker on the outside of the box remains visible and uncovered.
Drop off: Drop off the package at your nearest UPS location.
Confirm with us: We will process and ship your replacement device only after the faulty unit has been sent back. Please email
service@nimopc.comwith a confirmation or a photo of your drop-off receipt.
