Symptoms/Context: You placed an order for a NIMO PC but realized the shipping address on the confirmation email is incorrect.
Resolution: * If the package has not shipped yet, please contact service@nimopc.com immediately with your Order Number and the correct address.
If the FedEx tracking label has already been created or picked up, our staff will contact FedEx to request a reroute. However, we also strongly advise the recipient to contact FedEx Customer Service directly with the tracking number. Please note that typically only the shipper can make final changes, but notifying FedEx on your end can prevent misdelivery.
