Symptoms: You recently placed an order or just received a shipping confirmation, but you realized the shipping address is incorrect and need to urgently change it or cancel the order.
Resolution: Our fulfillment center processes orders very quickly, so our ability to change your address depends entirely on the status of your package:
If the order has NOT shipped: Please immediately email
service@nimopc.comwith your Order Number and the correct shipping address. We will update it in our system before the label is printed.If a FedEx Tracking Number has already been created: We will contact FedEx immediately to request an address reroute. However, we strongly advise you to also contact FedEx Customer Service directly with your tracking number. While typically only the shipper can make final destination changes, notifying FedEx on your end can help flag the package and prevent misdelivery.
