Symptoms/Context: Your FedEx tracking status shows the laptop was delivered, but you cannot find it at your door or mailroom.
Resolution:
1. Check around your porch, side doors, or with neighbors/apartment management.
2. Contact NIMO support (service@nimopc.com). We will pull the official "Proof of Delivery" document from FedEx.
3. If the Proof of Delivery contains a signature that is not yours, you must contact FedEx directly with your tracking number to open an investigation for a misdelivered or stolen package. Our team will assist you with the claims process once FedEx verifies the error.
